BREAKING: Governor Akeredolu tests positive for Coronavirus
The Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, announced on Tuesday, that his covid-19 test results returned positive.
He made the disclosure on his Facebook page on Tuesday.
“Earlier today, I got confirmation of a positive result for Covid-19. I am asymptomatic and not displaying any symptoms.
“I am currently self-isolating and supervised home management will be administered by the wonderful team at our Infectious Disease Hospital,” the governor said in a video footage on Facebook.
He urged residents to continue to stay safe.
